Colleges Look to USC for Ways to Boost Graduation Rates

Which challenges may drive minority students to drop out? The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) has turned to the University of Southern California’s Center for Urban Education (CUE) to explore answers to that question. Fourteen other PASSHE universities have also worked with CUE on “the Equity Scorecard Project,” aimed at increasing minority graduation rates and improving racial equity in higher education.
