Jennifer Spielvogel describes how student supports are not separate from what's needed in the classroom to bring about student success, including peer mentoring, tutoring, faculty collaboration across the disciplines, student input as ambassadors and advisors to the project. Programs may be incubated on one campus and then customized and scaled to sister campuses for growing student success and completion.
