Bonnie Gordon, Sr. Program Director, MDC, in conversation with Amee Godwin, of ISKME, for CompletionMatters.org, Conversations on College Completion Bonnie Gordon talks about the Partners for Postsecondary Success project, a multisite demonstration to accelerate postsecondary credential completion through sustainable community partnerships. Much of this work is about guiding communities in "organically-grown" long-term culture change that will ultimately support living wage employment and valued involvement of the local institutions and populace. Postsecondary reform involves businesses that will contribute to curricular alignment and workforce competencies. In terms of encouraging students, Bonnie emphasizes both a belief in self and a connection to a system made of people who care, and which can provide enough equitable options for the future.
