D.C. Posse Foundation sends students to college with support network

 

Non-traditional Washington, D.C.-area high school student Yorman Amador will soon be forging ahead into unfamiliar college territory. But he won’t be doing it alone. Read about the Posse Foundation, a national organization that provides four-year, full-tuition scholarships to students with exceptional academic and leadership skills – and pairs them up with a “posse” of fellow students, to act as moral support during the transition process.
